Sesame Products

Sesame products are derived from the seeds of the sesamum indicum plant and include whole seeds, oils, pastes.

Sesame Oil

Only the finest sesame seeds are selected. Roast the seeds and extract oil through traditional technique to bring out rich flavor and elegant aroma. With multiple uses of this nutty and toasty oil, it can be apply in marinades, salad dressing, stir fries, noodles, dips, mayonnaise.

Sesame Powder

Select the finest black sesame seed and grind evenly under consistent temperature to provide smooth texture and rich aroma. Pure black sesame powder, however, contains no additives and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes.

Applications are in baked product, sesame soup, tangyuan ( glutinous rice balls), beverages, smoothies.

Sesame Pasta

Made from the finest black sesame seeds which is ground carefully under low temperature to preserve its nutty flavor and creamy texture. Rich in calcium and high in fiber.  Suitable for salad, dipping sauce, soup, beverage and dessert.
